LogiCS - Doctoral College on Logical Methods in Computer Science 16 Funded Doctoral Positions in Computer Science TU Wien, TU Graz, and JKU Linz are seeking exceptionally talented and motivated 16 doctoral students on Logical Methods in Computer Science (LogiCS) fully funded by the Austrian Science Fund (FWF). The doctoral program LogiCS has been successfully established in 2014, and now it looks for the second generation of the PHD students. THE PROGRAM LogiCS focuses on logic and its applications in computer science. Successful applicants will work on interdisciplinary research topics covering (i) computational logic, (ii) databases and artificial intelligence, (iii) computer-aided verification, and (iv) emerging application domains, such as cyber-physical systems, distributed systems, and security & privacy.
