Research Interests

Databases (query languages, rule languages, combining rules and ontologies), Description Logics, Semantic Web, Machine Learning

Current Position

I am now a Postdoctoral Researcher in the DBAI group at TU Wien working with Nysret Musliu. Prior to this I did an internship at IBM, San Jose, under the supervision of Ronald Fagin, IBM Fellow.
Until July 2019, I was a fully funded PhD student by the Doctoral College Logical Methods in Computer Science, TU Wien. My advisor was Prof. Reinhard Pichler and co-advisor was Privatdoz. Dr.techn. Mantas Simkus. I was also a project assistant in the Database and Artificial Intelligence group (DBAI).
